"To be fair, the store was easy..."
To be fair, the store was easy enough to look through, but the selection was just too small for me. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and I feel like customers should have a few more options to choose from.

I ended up having to return a part because I ordered the wrong one, which was totally on me. The return process wasn’t too bad at all, though. It took a few days for the refund to show up, but support did reply to my email and helped me out. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

"Package arrived in rough condition"
I recently ordered from drivenbystyle.com, and unfortunately the package showed up looking rough. The box was beaten up and even partly open when it arrived. Once I checked the part inside, I noticed scratches on it, almost like it had been tossed around quite a bit during shipping. I understand deliveries are not always handled perfectly, but this was definitely worse than expected after waiting for the order. Overall, I’m disappointed with how it arrived.

"Sales team wasn’t very helpful"
I reached out with what I thought were basic fitment questions, but the answers I got were vague and didn’t really clear things up. It felt like they either didn’t know the details or weren’t too interested in taking the time to help, which left me feeling a bit brushed off

"good payment options, easy"
i liked that DrivenByStyle had a few different payment options when i checked out. it made things easier since i didn’t really want to use my main card. the payment went through without any trouble, and the order confirmation came fast. i do think the checkout page could be a little clearer, but overall it was a smooth experience.

"Shopping here shouldn’t be this much work"
I tried using drivenbystyle.com to shop for parts and, well, I eventually just gave up. The site feels clunky, pages take their sweet time loading, and finding the right part is somehow way more complicated than it needs to be. The filters look like they’re supposed to help, which is cute, but I mostly just ended up clicking around in circles. Maybe the products are great, who knows, but the website definitely did its best to make sure I didn’t get that far

"I had to reach out to Driven By..."
I had to reach out to Driven By Style about a warranty issue on a part I bought. They did respond and asked me to send pictures and my order info, so that part wasn’t too bad, but it definitely felt like the whole thing could’ve been handled with a little more care.

Updates took longer than I expected, and I ended up having to follow up twice just to keep things moving. They did help me in the end, which I appreciate, but the process felt kind of sloppy and not very smooth overall.

"Fair Prices Overall"
I thought the prices were fair, honestly. Nothing felt wildly overpriced or like I was being taken advantage of, which I always appreciate because I tend to compare costs in my head while I’m shopping or deciding on something. For what I got, the pricing seemed reasonable and about what I would expect.

"Helpful customer service"
I emailed them with a question about my order and heard back the next day. It took a little longer than I was hoping, but the reply was polite and actually answered my question instead of feeling like a generic copy-paste response. Overall, solid customer service.

"It said the item was in stock when…"
It said the item was in stock when I ordered, but then later I magically got an email saying it was on backorder. I’m not saying there’s a secret warehouse game going on here, but it definitely felt like they showed me the green light just to get the order through first. Frustrating when you think you’re all set and then suddenly the story changes.

"Decent part, but the process was a little annoying"
I got my part from drivenbystyle.com, and overall it turned out okay, but the install wasn’t quite as simple as I expected. The fit was mostly fine, but I had to mess with it a bit to get everything lined up, and the instructions could’ve been way clearer. What also annoyed me was that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was agreeing to, which made the whole experience feel a little frustrating. I did get it installed in the end, but it took more time than I planned. Decent overall, just not as straightforward as I hoped

"Tracking was surprisingly easy to follow"
I ordered from drivenbystyle.com and the tracking was straightforward. I like knowing the little details, like when the label is made, when it actually moves, and when it hits the next stop, so the email updates were helpful. I didn’t have to keep refreshing or wondering if it was just sitting somewhere. Shipping took about as long as they said it would, and everything went fine. No real complaints here, I’d order again

"Parts were fine, but the packaging? Make it make sense"
The parts themselves were totally fine, so no complaints there. But the box had barely any padding inside, and the corners showed up crushed. I got lucky that nothing was cracked or damaged. Like, make it make sense, if you’re shipping parts that could break, at least add enough protection. Packaging definitely needs some work.

"Product details could be clearer"
I usually stick with this brand because I’ve had good luck with them in the past, so I wanted to order here again instead of trying somewhere else. The product info was decent, and a few listings had solid photos and basic fitment details, but I still found myself double-checking a few things before feeling comfortable buying.

I just wish the descriptions had more measurements and clearer notes about what’s actually included in the box. The site itself works fine, and I’d prefer to keep buying from a brand I already trust, but the vague details make it harder than it needs to be and add a little too much guessing

"Fit was right, shipping was kinda slow"
I ordered some side skirts for my Civic and the fitment info was accurate. The holes lined up fine and I didn’t have to trim anything, which was a relief because I was already expecting it to be a hassle. Shipping took longer than I thought it would, so I was kind of annoyed, but since the parts fit like they said, I guess that means it was a good order overall.

I ordered a part and, while everything eventually arrived, the shipping was a lot slower than I was expecting. From the way the site presented it, I thought the order would move along a bit faster, but it seemed to sit for several days without much of an update. I kept checking the tracking and there really wasn’t much change for a while. By the time it finally got to me, I didn’t need it as urgently anymore. The part itself may be perfectly fine, but the wait was definitely frustrating. I’d probably look elsewhere if I needed something quickly
